Custom Cabinetry & Built-ins
Your Brazen Fox Custom Cabinetry & Built-ins are protected with a Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty (“The Cabinetry Warranty”).

What is covered with The Cabinetry Warranty:
~Brazen Fox warrants that your cabinetry will be free from workmanship defects under average & normal household use for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which it was installed. This warranty applies to:

Cabinet Doors Warpage
-
Cabinet Boxes
-
Shelves
-
Drawer Bodies & Fronts
-
Top & Base Moldings, if applicable

What is not covered with The Cabinetry Warranty:

Hinges & Draw Guides carry their own manufacturers warranties that we must yield to.

Buyer’s lack of care and maintenance. This can be seen as normal wear & tear, misuse, neglect, abuse and alteration.

Exposure to water or other liquids, harsh cleaning agents, extreme higher or low humidity.

Characteristics common to the materials (see below)

Cost of removal, re-installation and labor.

Cost of Shipping and/or transportation incurred with use of the Warranty.

Products purchased without a finish.

Damage as a result of Fire or Natural Disaster.

Characteristics Common to Materials:
Nature produces stunning variations and we do not see this as a defect. Natural aging and/or darkening of wood color, variations within wood and the growth characteristics that can vary from tree to tree even within the same species.

Our custom furniture pieces carry a 5 year Limited Warranty.
​
Due to the natural nature of various woods used and various metal techniques used, no two pieces will be exactly the same, subtle variation are to be expected but we try our best to get them as close as possible.
​
This warranty is meant to protect from defects only in craftsmanship to the Original Owner only. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect and damage due to cleaning products, liquids or foods.
